About the role
- Juriste en droit des sociétés au sein d'EXCO VALLIANCE à Périgny. Gestion des opérations juridiques simples et complexes en droit des sociétés et commercial.
Responsibilities
- Drafting corporate documents related to company life events (incorporations, various statutory amendments, share transfers, dissolutions/liquidations, etc.);
- Drafting documents relating to restructuring transactions (changes of control, transfers of business assets, capital increases/reductions, mergers, partial contributions of assets, universal transfer of assets and liabilities (TUP), etc.);
- Drafting contracts (intragroup agreements, shareholders' agreements, leases, etc.);
- Supervising and/or managing companies' annual legal compliance and formalities;
- Supervising and/or managing formalities related to completed transactions, updating corporate registers, filing, and billing;
- Managing client relationships for assigned files and liaising directly with all departments and colleagues of the firm;
- Using the POLYACTE software.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) such as DJCE/DESS in Business Law and Taxation;
- Significant experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a law firm or an accounting firm;
- Strong sense of responsibility and genuine team spirit;
- Autonomy in managing assigned tasks;
- Positive and meticulous individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
