About the role
- Juriste en Droit des Sociétés au sein d'EXCO VALLIANCE, gérant des opérations juridiques pour des sociétés. Rédaction d'actes juridiques et gestion de la relation client au cabinet de Périgny.
Responsibilities
- Drafting corporate documents related to company life events (incorporations, amendments to statutes, share transfers, dissolutions/liquidations, etc.)
- Drafting documents related to restructuring operations (transfer of control, sale of business assets, capital increases/decreases, mergers, partial asset contributions, universal transfer of assets (TUP), etc.)
- Drafting contracts (intragroup agreements, shareholders’ agreements, leases, etc.)
- Supervising and/or handling the companies’ annual legal requirements
- Supervising and/or handling formalities related to completed transactions, updating statutory registers, filing and invoicing
- Managing client relationships for assigned files and liaising directly with all departments and staff of the firm.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) such as DJCE/DESS in Business Law and Taxation, or equivalent
- Proven significant experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a law firm or accounting firm
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Genuine team spirit
- Ability to work autonomously in managing assignments
- Positive, meticulous, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
