About the role
- Legal professional managing corporate law tasks and providing support at EXCO VALLIANCE. Involves drafting legal documents and supervising client relations in a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Drafting documents related to corporate life events;
- Drafting documents relating to restructuring operations;
- Drafting contracts;
- Supervising and/or handling the companies' annual legal formalities;
- Managing client relationships for assigned matters.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) such as DJCE / DESS in Business Law and Taxation;
- Significant experience in a similar role, ideally gained at a law firm or an accounting firm;
- A strong sense of responsibility;
- Positive, rigorous, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
