About the role
- Juriste Droit des Sociétes managing legal operations and documentation within Exco Valliance. Supporting a team in a growing legal department based in Périgny, France.
Responsibilities
- Drafting company documents related to corporate life events (incorporations, various amendments to bylaws, share transfers, dissolutions/liquidations…)
- Drafting documents related to restructuring operations (changes of control, transfers of businesses, capital increases/reductions, mergers, partial asset contributions, universal transfer of assets and liabilities (TUP), …)
- Drafting contracts (intragroup agreements, shareholders’ agreements, leases…)
- Supervising and/or handling the companies’ annual legal matters
- Supervising and/or handling the formalities related to completed transactions, updating registers, filing and record-keeping, and invoicing.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5), e.g. DJCE/DESS in Business Law and Taxation
- Proven significant experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a law firm or an accounting firm
- A strong sense of responsibility
- A true team spirit
- Ability to work autonomously in managing assignments
- A positive attitude, rigorous approach, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills
