About the role

  • Solutions Consultant responsible for pre/post sales support and assisting in technical solution design within the cybersecurity domain.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of our solutions
  • Translate customer needs into tailored solution designs and proposals that align with our product portfolio
  • Assist in the creation and review of RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) by providing technical expertise and input
  • Engage in technical discussions and solution design sessions with customers, understanding their technical environment and providing recommendations
  • Identify and address technical objections or concerns raised by customers, providing appropriate responses and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and professional services, to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of proposed solutions
  • Conduct product evaluations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical workshops to demonstrate the functionality and feasibility of our solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and solution selling skills
  • Responsible in providing post sales support and project implementation and KT
  • Ensure that the SLAs are met and project timelines are delivered on a timely manner to Exclusive Networks reseller base across the product portfolio
  • Ensure that the below process are observed/practices:
  • Conducting a project kick off meeting with customer & documenting the implementation procedures
  • Aligning project implementation within the signed scope of work agreed with the end user
  • Obtaining a signed UAT from the authorized end user contact person after completing an implementation activity
  • Documentation for processes and procedures
  • Hand over of projects to partner account or post sales team
  • Keeping up to date with new solutions, new product patches & updates, support options, deployment guidelines, etc.
  • Maintain knowledge of roadmap, technology and product portfolio and share with the team
  • Ensure that certification requirements across the product portfolio is met
  • Ticket management and assignment within the SLAs in Vision ticketing system
  • Work closely with the Post Sales Team Lead & colleagues to achieve goals and KPIs

Requirements

  • Provides activity reports vs project progress
  • Conducts User Acceptance Test of completed projects
  • Conducts Knowledge transfer of completed projects
  • Provides As built documentation of completed projects
  • Provides L1-L2 after sales support via agreed SLA
  • Coordinates support for L3 TAC support
