Responsibilities

- Play a key role in driving financial performance
- Provide insightful analysis and partner closely with regional and country leadership
- Support business growth and operational excellence
- Act as preferred point of contact for Regional General Manager and Country Managers
- Analyze trends, growth, and profitability for resellers and vendors in the region
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of KPIs
- Prepare bonus calculations for key management
- Conduct monthly financial reporting and propose process improvements
- Lead annual budget process and quarterly forecasts
Requirements
- Between 7 and 10 years of work experience
- Initial experience in a corporate environment
- Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (audit or transaction services) is an advantage
- Proficiency in PowerBI is required
- Experience with Oracle Netsuite and OneStream is preferred
- Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time within the region.
