Enhance customer relationships and drive accountability for preventive cancer screenings.
Generate deep insights into local healthcare ecosystems to identify opportunities.
Work with healthcare providers to improve clinical decision making and population health outcomes.
Build relationships within accounts to understand system, customer, and patient unmet needs.
Capture customer interaction information using CRM tools.
Develop and implement business and account plans for screening products.
Educate and enable stakeholders about screening products and value propositions.
Proactively drive business growth by focusing on customers with highest potential.
Seek feedback from customers and improve satisfaction and value.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or diagnostics sales, preferably in oncology or screening.
Deep understanding of Canadian healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and screening protocols.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account planning.
Possession of a valid driver’s license; no suspended, revoked, surrendered, invalid, etc. allowed.
Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without current or future sponsorship.
Familiarity with and experience with early cancer detection solutions.
Bilingual (English/French).
