Responsibilities
Gerenciar a carteira de clientes:
Manter contato regular com os clientes, entender suas necessidades e expectativas, e garantir a satisfação.
Prospecção de novos negócios:
Identificar e desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócio, prospectando novos clientes e expandindo a carteira.
Gestão de relacionamento e acompanhamento do mercado:
Construir e fortalecer o relacionamento com os clientes, buscando a fidelização e o desenvolvimento de parcerias de longo prazo. Monitorar o mercado e a concorrência, identificando tendências e oportunidades de crescimento.
Liderança:
Atendimento a clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas e resolvendo problemas. Participação em reuniões de negócios e apresentações de produtos/serviços (Português e Inglês). Elaboração de relatórios e apresentações sobre o desempenho da carteira e o mercado. Liderar equipe multidisciplinar de atendimento ao cliente.
Negociação:
Habilidade de negociar e chegar a acordos vantajosos.
