About the role

  • Senior Operations Account Manager at Exact Sciences responsible for managing client deliverables and ensuring project alignment with business objectives. Collaborative role involving stakeholder interaction and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating activities, and managing cross-functional initiatives to ensure client’s needs are met while balancing business objectives
  • Apply best practices to ensure client deliverables are accomplished on time and within budget
  • Partner and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver on agreements and terms in partnership with clients
  • Facilitate regular client communications including regular client calls, utilization reporting, and implementation/ launch readiness discussions
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experience
  • Support cross-functional teams to execute on account-related tasks including effective creation and management of timelines, budgets, resources, risks, interdependencies, and project objectives
  • Follow established project management practices, including management of scope, requirements, issues, and risks
  • Consult with project sponsors and review project proposals to determine goals, timeframe, funding, allotment of resources, and procedures for accomplishing projects
  • Troubleshoot problems associated with coordination, development, or design of client opportunity and overall account activities
  • Escalate issues when critical risks arise and maintain pulse on project and account activities to ensure progress
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to prioritize and balance competing priorities within and across multiple projects and accounts at the same time
  • Apply successful oral and written communications/presentations, influence and persuasion, results orientation, facilitation, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work within a matrix management organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in field related to the essential duties; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of progressive, broad-based project experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
