As a Recruitment Administrator you will play a crucial role within the team, assisting in attracting and hiring top talent for various roles within the organisation. You will take ownership of various recruitment tasks, including posting job vacancies, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential to ensure that our recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process for all vacancies, posting job adverts on various platforms, and managing applications and responses.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
Act as a first point of contact for candidates and coordinate feedback.
Ensure all applicant information is accurately maintained and regularly updated within the applicant tracking system and associated databases, in full compliance with GDPR requirements.
Pre-screen candidates to identify qualifications and suitability for roles.
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as required, promoting Evolution as an employer of choice.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
A proactive, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain positive relationships across the organisation.
Proven competence in working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
