Responsibilities
- Product Owner for the two strategically important business areas: photovoltaic and heating
- Develop and further expand the portfolio, taking into account customer needs, market requirements and regulatory framework conditions
- Identify and address trends and market developments, and lead product development processes
- Prepare business cases and sales approaches
- Conduct analyses of market, competitive and policy drivers
- Plan, organize, execute and evaluate pilot projects, and launch new products and business models in collaboration with other departments
Requirements
- Completed university degree (or university of applied sciences) in a relevant field, or completed commercial/technical vocational training with additional qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the energy industry, marketing and project management
- Extensive experience in developing concepts for product development of energy services
- Strong project management skills
- Independent and responsible working style with strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a pronounced sales orientation and persuasive ability
