Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for employees assigned to the respective project.
Ensure compliant operation and expansion of the supply networks.
Maintain an overview of workflows in low voltage, medium voltage, transformer substations, and gas and water networks.
Develop individual grid connection concepts and handle connection requests.
Negotiate with external stakeholders and provide customer support.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Coordinate outage/fault response measures and brief external service providers.
Contribute to the preparation of investment and maintenance plans.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or supply engineering with additional qualification (e.g., master craftsman, technician).
Completed (technical) university degree in a relevant discipline.
Several years of professional and managerial experience in construction, assembly/installation, operation and maintenance of utility systems and networks.
Good IT skills (e.g., SAP, GIS/GS, MS Office).
Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, organizational skills, and good teamwork and communication skills.
High resilience and flexibility.
Driver's license Class B.
