Responsibilities
Provide customer support via Jira and other channels as needed;
Log, track, and manage all customer incidents and requests accurately and in accordance with established procedures;
Provide support for compliance systems (analysis of storage and stored procedures in SQL databases);
Collaborate with internal teams, including development and higher-level support, to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Requirements
Experience in customer service and guidance;
Knowledge of SQL Server databases;
Experience with administrative routines and operational support, especially in banking and/or financial environments;
Bachelor's degree (completed).
