About the role

  • Lead global talent acquisition for EvenUp, a mission-driven AI company. Shape the talent strategy during a critical growth phase by building a high-performing recruiting organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own global talent strategy: Design and execute a recruiting strategy that supports aggressive growth across technical, GTM, and leadership roles, with scalable systems that get 1% better every day.
  • Lead a high-performing organization: Build, develop, and inspire a team of Talent Acquisition leaders and professionals; set clear standards for excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the business: Build trust with the VP of People, Finance, and executive leaders by aligning hiring plans to business priorities, roadmaps, and headcount models, and by delivering on commitments.
  • Build scalable infrastructure: Own recruiting processes, workflows, and systems (including Ashby, Metaview, assessment tools and more) to drive efficiency, transparency, and a consistently strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Operate with data and urgency: Use analytics to forecast hiring needs, identify bottlenecks, measure quality, and make fast, informed tradeoffs in a high-growth environment.
  • Leverage AI thoughtfully: Apply AI and automation to improve sourcing, assessment, and recruiter productivity while maintaining human judgment.
  • Elevate employer brand: Strengthen EvenUp’s position as a mission-driven, AI-first employer by clearly telling our story and why our work matters.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 5+ years leading TA in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven success building and scaling recruiting organizations through rapid growth.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders through credibility and trust.
  • Deep expertise in recruiting operations, systems, analytics, and workforce planning.
  • Hands-on, owner mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and bias for action.
  • A clear point of view on modern, AI-enabled recruiting and continuous improvement.
