About the role

  • Key Account Manager at evenito AG developing tailored growth plans for enterprise clients. Collaborating with Solution Consultants to drive account success and optimize event processes.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic account development: For each of your clients you develop tailored growth plans. You build relationships, map their organizations, understand decision-making processes, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Commercial responsibility: You take ownership of multiple enterprise accounts. You identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, close expansion deals, and ensure that evenito becomes more valuable to your customers each year.
  • Product expertise & consulting: You know our product in detail — and use that knowledge to advise your customers as a trusted partner. You understand their event processes, challenge workflows where necessary, and show them how to build smarter structures and optimize their organization with evenito.
  • Usage & health monitoring: Together with our Solution Consultants, you analyze product usage and account health. You detect deviations early and ensure your accounts receive the expected — and additional — value.
  • Voice of the customer & roadmap impact: You bring back what matters. From specific feature requests to wish lists: you collect and structure feedback and ensure the product team has the right context for roadmap planning. Your insights are based on real use cases — not assumptions.
  • Internal coordination: You work closely with Product, Support, and Consulting to create a seamless customer experience. You escalate when necessary and make sure your accounts are always well taken care of.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B SaaS account management or in strategic customer-facing roles
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex stakeholder structures
  • A structured, methodical way of working — you plan ahead, document clearly, and keep things under control
  • The ability to advise customers, challenge them, and co-develop solutions together
  • Bonus: Experience in event management, MarTech, or modular SaaS platforms
  • Bonus: Prior familiarity with the event tool evenito is a plus
  • Native German; fluent English for internal and external communication; additional languages are a plus.
