About the role

  • Einkaufsmitarbeiter in der Telekommunikation zur Unterstützung administrativer Prozesse und Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen. Verantwortlich für Warendisposition und Aktualisierung von Produktinformationen.

Responsibilities

  • Support with all administrative and operational tasks (contract archiving, invoice creation, KPI/report preparation, campaign coordination)
  • Updating product information, prices, delivery dates, etc.
  • Inventory planning/stock allocation, inventory control and monitoring of sales
  • Updating member information and providing it to member stores
  • Maintaining supplier relationships and acting as the interface between product categories/merchandise departments

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in business administration)
  • Some professional experience in purchasing and/or e-commerce
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Results-oriented and efficient working style
  • Professional and reliable demeanor with a hands-on mentality
  • Team player with strong communication skills
