Responsibilities

• Demonstrate consistent commitment to departmental goals, working autonomously and with a sense of responsibility to meet deadlines, KPIs, and deliverables, actively contributing to team results and company objectives.
• Perform physico-chemical analyses related to pharmaceutical stability studies, including long-term, accelerated, photo-stability, in-use studies (post-reconstitution, post-dilution), sporadic studies and depletion studies.
• Apply and propose statistical tools appropriate to the purpose of the tests and the assessment of analytical results.
• Carry out laboratory activities in compliance with Data Integrity principles.
• Use and interpret chromatographic techniques and other analytical methods applicable to the physico-chemical laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with validated analytical methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform tasks necessary to maintain organization, cleanliness and proper functioning of the department.
• Identify, document and propose corrective action plans for deviations and analytical incidents.
• Participate in technical discussions focused on continuous improvement, meeting deadlines and increasing productivity.
• Prepare, review and keep technical documentation related to departmental activities up to date.
• Complete and track investigative forms for OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), RQ and events.
• Contribute to organizing workflow and ensuring established deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering;
• Solid knowledge of RDC No. 318/2019, with practical application in laboratory routines;
• Preferred: experience with ICP-OES and ICP-MS equipment;
• Proficiency in Liquid Chromatography (HPLC);
