About the role

  • Healthcare Analyst Advisor facilitating Rental Management services at TRIMEDX. Collaborating with medical teams to improve equipment utilization and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the delivery of Rental Management service as a client resource
  • Collaborate with Mobile Medical Equipment Teams, Clinical Engineering Teams, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable teams, and Customer Administrations
  • Present actionable insights and improve processes through effective communication
  • Reduce unneeded rentals and manage Hospital/System rental equipment statuses
  • Identify cost savings within rental program
  • Monitor, validate and prepare Rental Vendor invoices for payment
  • Develop and lead projects to reach targeted outcomes
  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with customers and rental vendors
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field
  • 5+ years experience as an analyst preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to tie back to actionable, measurable plans
  • Strong presentation, written/oral communication skills and comfortable being client facing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to draw insights from data
  • Up to 50% travel by air and car so valid drivers license is necessary
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and ability to push or pull a cart that may weigh up to 75 pounds
