About the role

  • Kundenbetreuer (w/m/d) bei eurobahn im Zug mit Verantwortung für Sicherheit und Sauberkeit. Lernen von öpnv und SPNV Grundlagen; Schichtarbeit erfordet.

Responsibilities

  • You ensure safety, cleanliness, passenger information and approachability on board the train
  • Learn fundamental theory in local public transport (ÖPNV) and regional passenger rail (SPNV), railway operations, technology, fares and much more
  • Practical training taking place on the trains

Requirements

  • 18 years or older, currently not employed
  • CV required; no formal vocational qualification necessary
  • Good German language skills (B2 level or higher)
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
