About the role

  • Kundenbetreuer role focusing on train safety and cleanliness through a 6-month training program. Open to career changers and individuals seeking job security in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Over 6 months you will train alongside other prospective customer service representatives to ensure safety, cleanliness, passenger information, and approachability on board trains
  • The program starts with an extensive theory phase covering the basics of public transport and regional rail passenger services (ÖPNV & SPNV), rail operations, technical systems, fares/tariffs, and much more
  • Finally, you'll complete a practical phase working on board our trains

Requirements

  • You are of legal working age, currently not employed, and looking for a role with long‑term prospects
  • Career changers from hospitality, hotel services, retail, or similar backgrounds are warmly welcome
  • Your German is at least good (B2 level or higher)
  • You are comfortable with shift work, including weekends and public holidays
  • No prior professional experience required
