About the role

Responsibilities
- Over 6 months you will train alongside other prospective customer service representatives to ensure safety, cleanliness, passenger information, and approachability on board trains
- The program starts with an extensive theory phase covering the basics of public transport and regional rail passenger services (ÖPNV & SPNV), rail operations, technical systems, fares/tariffs, and much more
- Finally, you'll complete a practical phase working on board our trains
Requirements
- You are of legal working age, currently not employed, and looking for a role with long‑term prospects
- Career changers from hospitality, hotel services, retail, or similar backgrounds are warmly welcome
- Your German is at least good (B2 level or higher)
- You are comfortable with shift work, including weekends and public holidays
- No prior professional experience required

- €3,104 base salary according to tariff plus allowances, plus a Christmas bonus and a company pension scheme
