  • Inside Sales Representative supporting existing business customers in the Swedish logistics market. Managing customer relationships and providing logistics solutions in an office-based Berlin role.

Responsibilities

  • The position focuses on supporting existing business customers in the Swedish logistics market.
  • Daily work consists of regular contact with assigned accounts and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
  • Customer conversations mainly cover current transport requirements, contract-related topics and general service questions.
  • Within existing accounts, additional needs are identified and appropriate logistics solutions are introduced when relevant.
  • Work is structured and KPI-based, with clearly defined processes and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales, customer service, or a role with regular customer contact
  • Confident phone-based communication skills
  • A structured and reliable way of working
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow established processes
  • Language skills: Swedish at native level (C2)
  • English at a professional working level (C1)
