About the role

  • Customer Support position for eurobahn focusing on safety and service in rail travel. Training and practical experience with team support in Paderborn, Germany during qualification period.

Responsibilities

  • Learn together with other trainee customer service representatives to ensure safety, cleanliness, information and approachability on board trains
  • Theoretical training covering basics of public and regional rail transport, rail operations, technical systems, fares and much more
  • Practical training on our trains after successful completion of the qualification

Requirements

  • You are of legal age, currently not employed, and looking for a position with prospects
  • Career changers from hospitality, hotel industry, retail, or similar are welcome
  • Your German is at least good (B2 level or higher)
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
