Responsibilities
Learn together with other trainee customer service representatives to ensure safety, cleanliness, information and approachability on board trains
Theoretical training covering basics of public and regional rail transport, rail operations, technical systems, fares and much more
Practical training on our trains after successful completion of the qualification
Requirements
You are of legal age, currently not employed, and looking for a position with prospects
Career changers from hospitality, hotel industry, retail, or similar are welcome
Your German is at least good (B2 level or higher)
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

€3,104 gross base salary under collective agreement plus allowances, plus Christmas bonus and company pension scheme
