About the role

  • Recruiter responsible for the full recruiting process at eurobahn. Focusing on candidate experience and employer branding while monitoring metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from receipt of applications to contract signing
  • Ensuring an appreciative candidate journey
  • Monitoring KPIs to improve efficiency in filling positions
  • Contributing to the development of the employer brand and representing the company at events
  • Developing a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy

Requirements

  • Completed degree, ideally in business or social sciences, human resources, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in the transport sector or in a consulting environment
  • Familiarity with various recruiting channels and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Enjoyment of interacting with people and direct contact with candidates
  • Initiative, creativity, and a structured, independent working style
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
