Requirements
- Completed degree, ideally in business or social sciences, human resources, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in the transport sector or in a consulting environment
- Familiarity with various recruiting channels and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Enjoyment of interacting with people and direct contact with candidates
- Initiative, creativity, and a structured, independent working style
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
