Responsibilities
Responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from receipt of applications to contract signing
Ensuring an appreciative candidate journey
Monitoring KPIs to improve efficiency in filling positions
Contributing to the development of the employer brand and representing the company at events
Developing a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy
Requirements
Completed degree, ideally in business or social sciences, human resources, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in the transport sector or in a consulting environment
Familiarity with various recruiting channels and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Enjoyment of interacting with people and direct contact with candidates
Initiative, creativity, and a structured, independent working style
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
