About the role

  • Customer Relations Manager at EUPD, specializing in corporate health and social sustainability. Engage clients and optimize relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You manage our existing clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring professional coordination, transparency, and a consistently positive customer experience.
  • You continuously maintain existing client relationships, document needs in the CRM, and ensure structured, high-quality, and reliable communication.
  • You systematically identify opportunities for appropriate add-on services, proactively derive needs, and strategically develop our clients together with the Sales team (upselling & cross-selling).
  • You advise existing clients on relevant services such as studies, analyses, certifications, and benchmarks, and support them in selecting suitable offerings.
  • You coordinate internal interfaces (Sales, Project Management, Certification Team) to ensure smooth project workflows and prompt responses to client inquiries.
  • You guide clients through certification and analysis processes, ensure transparency, and make certain that all information is complete, submitted on time, and of high quality.
  • Through active, forward-looking relationship management, you strengthen long-term retention and development of our accounts, thereby making a significant contribution to sustainable customer growth.

Requirements

  • Commercial training or a degree, e.g., in business, communications, health management, or social sciences
  • Initial experience in Customer Relations, Customer Success, Account Management, or sales-related roles
  • Enjoy interacting with clients, providing advice, and service-oriented communication
  • Strong ability to identify needs, derive opportunities, and develop clients
  • Structured, meticulous working style and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent German language skills; English is a plus.
