Digital Content Specialist responsible for rolling-out new features and ensuring business support. Creating digital customer journeys across different Etex brands.
Responsibilities
Together with other team members you are responsible for rolling-out new features and ensuring business support on a timely manner
You are expected to be part of the creation of digital customer journey across different Etex brands
Implement roll-out activities in relation with release schedule
Actively participate in each project implementation stage
Participate in organized meetings with different stakeholders to receive updates and details of the web projects need to be rolled-out
Actively collaborate with team members and direct manager to work as a team on each project
Collaborate with external agencies involved in both project implementation and business support
Requirements
Knowledge in using different Content Management Systems is required (working experience with EPIserver/Optimizely is a great advantage)
Knowledge in working with different Product and Digital Assets Management systems is preferred (working experience with Inriver, Stibo or Digizuite is a great advantage)
Intermediate knowledge on building websites
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Basic understanding of website design
Great time management skills
Strong & impactful communication skills (both oral and written), presentation skills and interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong in conceptual thinking with an ability to translate complex technical information into business focused solutions, incl. design thinking
Customer focus and agile mindset, build strong customer relationships, and deliver customer-centric solutions that drive business value and/or efficiencies
Familiar with agile delivery methods
Fluent knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
