About the role

  • Leading electronic security projects for ETAVIS Romandie in Switzerland. Managing client portfolios and ensuring project compliance with established quality and budgetary standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop and ensure the profitability of a portfolio of projects or contracts in the field of electronic security.
  • Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the coordination and monitoring of security and safety projects.
  • Work closely with technical teams to guarantee project quality and compliance.
  • Prepare tender documents and quotations.
  • Manage the administrative and financial aspects of projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in electrotechnical engineering, industrial IT/automation, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of substantial experience as a Business Manager or Project Manager in electronic security.
  • Proficiency in security systems.
  • Good knowledge of business/project management software.
  • Strong skills in managing complex projects.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously from end to end.
  • Autonomy, rigor and analytical mindset.
  • Leadership and ability to unite and motivate teams.
