About the role

  • ICT-Service Manager managing IT projects and integrations in Cloud and Hybrid environments at a leading engineering company. Ensuring stable operation and support post-Go-Live.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating and taking responsibility for the implementation of IT projects
  • Supporting integration projects
  • Coordinating and executing IT initiatives
  • Technical integration of systems in cloud and hybrid environments
  • Ensuring stable operation and support after Go-Live
  • Analyzing and resolving incidents

Requirements

  • University degree or completed vocational training as an ICT specialist (Informatiker EFZ)
  • Several years of experience in project management
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Good communication skills
  • High degree of initiative
  • Quick grasp and good problem-solving skills
  • Fluent German at native level
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage
