Chargé.e de Marketing Opérationnel pour Etam, vous gérerez des productions d'éléments marketing pour les magasins. Poste en stage basé en France avec opportunités d'apprentissage.
Responsibilities
As part of Etam’s Marketing & Communication Department and reporting to the Retail Marketing Project Manager for France, your main mission will focus on producing marketing materials for stores according to the commercial activity schedule.
In-store customer communication
Launching production of in-store POS materials in France: production briefs, approval of print proofs, store allocation, and follow-up of production and store deliveries
Management of POS materials and permanent items: regular stock checks, estimated needs calculations and purchasing
Managing marketing supply logistics – liaison between the warehouse and the store network
Monitor and update project schedules for various developments
Coordinate teams to obtain all country-specific data (promotion mechanics, translations, pricing, etc.) based on defined marketing plans and campaigns
Write execution briefs for designers and external suppliers and follow up on developments
Approve all production files and make them available to the countries
Monitor and manage operational in-store implementations
Manage supplier invoicing in SAP: purchase orders, budget tracking and deposits
Ensure accuracy and proper updating of store databases
Provide support and restocking of marketing materials to countries and stores.
Requirements
You hold a higher education degree at Bac+4/5 level (business school or university) with knowledge of operational marketing and a strong interest in retail
You are rigorous, organized and proactive
You have strong interpersonal skills and a fashion sensibility
Your English is fluent (written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
