Responsibilities
Lead and drive the Referral Program, ensuring sustainable growth, commercial relevance, and alignment with the sales funnel;
Act as the primary partner to commercial leadership, working closely with the sales team to increase participation, referral quality, and conversion;
Communicate, influence, and engage sales teams, ensuring clarity around goals, incentives, benefits, and visibility of program opportunities;
Develop and monitor campaigns, rituals, and incentive strategies, strengthening the referral (MGM) channel as a relevant sales avenue for the company;
Lead a team of 3 people, setting priorities, fostering development, and ensuring consistent execution;
Track KPIs, dashboards, and program targets, interpreting data to propose practical, results-oriented adjustments and improvements;
Conduct recurring studies on the customer/referral journey, incentives, communication, and the experience of both referees and referrers, proposing structural improvements when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
Strong commercial profile, with experience in sales teams, growth, commercial engagement, or incentive program management;
Excellent communication and strong influencing skills, with the ability to mobilize leaders and run rituals and meetings with energy, clarity, and focus;
Experience leading teams, with strong priority management, organization, and a consistent delivery pace;
Analytical business mindset, able to interpret data, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies pragmatically;
Systemic thinking, sense of urgency, autonomy in decision-making, and high adaptability to dynamic scenarios;
Experience with CRM, referral programs, regional commercial strategies, and/or sales cycle management is a plus.
