Responsibilities
Operate campaigns, initiatives, and projects related to channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, RTB, Criteo, etc.
Monitor ad spend and sales results against channel targets, making adjustments as needed.
Conduct data and results analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement of processes and projects in the area, adapting to changes and following new trends.
Support the planning, development, and execution of the area’s strategy.
Serve as the point of contact with partners, facilitating operational coordination and support.
Create and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
Monitor daily and monthly channel results and targets.
Support tactical channel planning by defining campaign structure and budget allocation according to performance and goals.
Develop channel performance reports and analyses.
Requirements
Degree completed in engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, marketing, advertising, or related fields.
Experience with e-commerce.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with performance media.
Experience operating performance campaigns on major media channels.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of SQL.
Experience with acquisition campaigns.
Experience with mobile apps (acquisition and engagement).
Intermediate or higher proficiency in Spanish for communication with teams and partners.
Experience managing high investment levels (e.g., over 500,000 per month).
