About the role
- Assistant Marketing Opérationnel for Etam's export marketing team, coordinating marketing activities across countries. Engaging in operational marketing, reporting, and communication support.
Responsibilities
- Support operational marketing activities in direct collaboration with country marketing managers and commercial assistants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for country marketing managers and commercial assistants for all operational requests.
- Regularly update marketing and commercial schedules and calendars.
- Coordinate with head office marketing teams to obtain materials and assets required for countries.
- Draft the weekly "Newsweek" newsletter to share marketing updates with partners.
- Assist with the setup and coordination of Conventions (4 times per year).
Requirements
- Motivated to join France’s leading lingerie brand.
- Currently studying for or holding a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or university with knowledge of operational marketing.
- Strong interest in the retail sector.
- Rigorous, well-organized and proactive.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
