About the role

  • Sales Manager leading and developing the sales team for Essity in Central America. Focusing on achieving maximum efficiency and performance in health and hygiene solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a high-performing sales organization across Central America
  • Lead, structure, and develop the sales team to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coach team members on advanced sales techniques, procedures, and standards to consistently exceed targets
  • Translate global and local business strategies into tailored sales plans, activities, and campaigns
  • Prepare and oversee sales forecasts and budgets
  • Allocate resources strategically based on customer segmentation
  • Negotiate with key customers of strategic importance
  • Contribute to the development of integrated commercial strategies
  • Generate and distribute market intelligence on customer needs and competitor activities
  • Actively participate in organizational leadership discussions

Requirements

  • 7-10+ yrs experience in similar positions as Manager (b2b)
  • Proven track record in building and managing internal and external sales forces.
  • Min bachelor's degree, MBA will be a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish - English
