Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a high-performing sales organization across Central America
Lead, structure, and develop the sales team to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness
Coach team members on advanced sales techniques, procedures, and standards to consistently exceed targets
Translate global and local business strategies into tailored sales plans, activities, and campaigns
Prepare and oversee sales forecasts and budgets
Allocate resources strategically based on customer segmentation
Negotiate with key customers of strategic importance
Contribute to the development of integrated commercial strategies
Generate and distribute market intelligence on customer needs and competitor activities
Actively participate in organizational leadership discussions
Requirements
7-10+ yrs experience in similar positions as Manager (b2b)
Proven track record in building and managing internal and external sales forces.
Min bachelor's degree, MBA will be a plus.
