About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for leading the Spanish market team at EF English Live. Focused on revenue growth and increasing student enrollment in online school.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve both individual and team targets
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing guidance to enhance team performance and skills
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales initiatives
  • Prepare and present performance reports and key metrics to senior management
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2C sales, including a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial/team leadership roles, preferably within the Spanish market
  • Native level of Spanish
  • Advanced level of English
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
  • Results-oriented approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Based in Barcelona
