About the role

  • Security Distribution National Accounts Manager driving growth in specialized UK security distribution network and strategic partnerships with wholesalers and installers.

Responsibilities

  • Full commercial ownership of security distributors and wholesalers
  • Develop and drive quarterly and annual joint business plans
  • Optimise sell-in performance, stock and demand planning, pricing execution, and product assortments
  • Deploy and track distributor marketing programs and promotions in collaboration with Marketing
  • Improve forecast accuracy and strengthen pipeline visibility
  • Monitor sell-out performance through structured scorecards and actionable insights
  • Strengthen the distribution network to ensure reliable availability, coverage, and growth
  • Align internal commercial, operational, and technical teams to support distributor success
  • Resolve channel conflicts and pricing discrepancies to maintain a healthy market environment
  • Build strong field presence to accelerate activation and product adoption
  • Support national installers through a distributor-led go-to-market model
  • Promote adoption of the product roadmap and key commercial initiatives
  • Identify installer-driven opportunities that enhance overall market penetration
  • Build credibility with key industry players while maintaining distributors as the primary commercial interface
  • Lead NPI planning, launch execution, and market readiness across distributors and wholesalers.
  • Train partners on product features, certifications, stocking expectations, and go-to-market positioning
  • Measure NPI effectiveness through sell-in growth, sell-out activation, and installer engagement

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in managing distribution networks within the security industry
  • Established relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and installers
  • Strong commercial leadership with the ability to influence and drive results
  • Hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business
  • Exceptional relationship-building and strategic account management skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the UK
