About the role

• Packaging Project Manager leading project management function for the Marketing Services Packaging team at Resideo. Ensuring efficient packaging commercialization process and project execution across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the project management function for the high performing Marketing Services Packaging team
• Partner closely with Packaging Engineers and own the end-to-end delivery of the packaging commercialization process
• Accountable for the successful execution and completion of all assigned packaging projects
• Coordinate packaging engineering resources and cross-functional stakeholders
• Responsibilities include part number creation, BOM development and management, SAP data extraction, Oracle PLM activities, new SKU creation oversight, development of data-driven reports and tools, stakeholder communication, and comprehensive project tracking through final production delivery
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the packaging commercialization process, driving process discipline, establishing timelines, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
• Track key metrics, communicate progress and risks, and continuously inform and align the organization on packaging processes and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Program or Project Management experience
• Skilled in project management, delivering multiple high-profile tasks to completion and program delivery on large scale complex projects
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced dynamic fluid everchanging environment
• Superb time management, multitasking and active listening skills
• Strong sense of ownership with ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline management.
• Strong team player with leadership skills able to execute the established process
• Ability to cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in working with large data sources and pulling information.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and delivery of best practices
• Ability to prioritize within assigned projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
