About the role

  • Account Manager driving growth for Ergotopia in the Norddeutschland region. Expand market presence and manage B2B customer relations with ergonomic solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You actively expand our market presence in your region
  • You develop new revenue opportunities and contribute significantly to regional growth
  • You guide B2B customers through the entire sales process — from initial contact and needs assessment to successful closing
  • You proactively acquire new B2B customers through outbound sales and strategically develop existing accounts
  • You handle regional inbound leads in a structured way and convert them into successful projects through well-founded consulting
  • You manage complex customer projects, develop appropriate solution concepts, and coordinate implementation together with internal teams
  • You document your activities in a structured way in the CRM and analyze market and competitive developments

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in a consultative environment or with technically complex/consultative products
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a confident presence — including when dealing with decision-makers
  • Initial experience with office supplies or ergonomics is a plus
  • Initial experience working in a structured way with a CRM
  • Business-fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to regional customer appointments
  • Ideally initial exposure to methodological sales frameworks such as SPICED, SPIN, or MEDDIC
