About the role

  • Business Analyst in Rabobank enhancing client experience in deposits banking. Collaborating with stakeholders on strategic initiatives and business growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Product Owner/Product Lead to shape initiatives.
  • Partner closely with business teams to provide clarity on the value and purpose of initiatives.
  • Develop current and future state process models.
  • Lead end‑to‑end business analysis activities.
  • Support delivery through documenting user stories.
  • Contribute to change management activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
  • Strong exposure to deposit products and business growth initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience working across the end-to-end client journey.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working in agile and hybrid work environments.
