Responsibilities
- Support a range of activities from purchase orders to accounts payable - billing phase
- Configure products in the company system and maintain accurate setup information
- Engage with DIA customers, ensure seamless communication with installation technicians
- Create and monitor project plans, manage stock reassignment, facilitate communication, and resolve issues
- Ensure alignment between planned delivery dates and customer expectations, coordinating with customers
- Launch loading plans, manage transfer between locations and coordinate internal functions to resolve any delivery issues
- Handle returns, rework, and ensure proper processing of returned items
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-3 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and in SAP
