About the role

  • Sales & Project Support Specialist in Budapest, Hungary supporting project tasks and customer communication. Engaging in delivery coordination and product configuration with dynamic responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support a range of activities from purchase orders to accounts payable - billing phase
  • Configure products in the company system and maintain accurate setup information
  • Engage with DIA customers, ensure seamless communication with installation technicians
  • Create and monitor project plans, manage stock reassignment, facilitate communication, and resolve issues
  • Ensure alignment between planned delivery dates and customer expectations, coordinating with customers
  • Launch loading plans, manage transfer between locations and coordinate internal functions to resolve any delivery issues
  • Handle returns, rework, and ensure proper processing of returned items

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and in SAP
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Open personality with a strong desire to learn
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
