Responsibilities
Support a range of activities from purchase orders to accounts payable - billing phase
Configure products in the company system and maintain accurate setup information
Engage with DIA customers, ensure seamless communication with installation technicians
Create and monitor project plans, manage stock reassignment, facilitate communication, and resolve issues
Ensure alignment between planned delivery dates and customer expectations, coordinating with customers
Launch loading plans, manage transfer between locations and coordinate internal functions to resolve any delivery issues
Handle returns, rework, and ensure proper processing of returned items
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
0-3 years of experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and in SAP
Fluent in French and English
Open personality with a strong desire to learn
