Business Development Representative generating and cultivating leads for outside Sales Team at Epicor. Engaging with prospects to achieve sales quotas while developing relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Respond to ‘warm’ inquiries to understand interest in our products via phone, email, social media, etc.
Cultivate net new mid-sized and large prospects through outbound prospecting efforts.
Engage with mid-sized and large prospects, building relationships with relevant roles (C-Level).
Assist sales counterparts by building pipeline, delivering qualifying leads, and cultivating new prospects.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly scorecard metrics.
Conduct market research to be followed up by the Territory Managers in the field.
Continuously learn our applications/value proposition/differentiation to enhance conversations.
Requirements
Demonstrate excellent phone voice, manner, written, and verbal communication skills with proven leadership experience and a desire to move into future leadership roles.
Experience fielding questions from prospects and customers about the company, products, services, and implementation.
Preferred telephone sales experience, or solution selling experience in the software industry.
Cultivate and manage existing leads in a sales pipeline through preliminary sales stages and have held individual quota goals with a proven track record preferred.
