About the role

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across different departments, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to actively identify, engage, and attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements before presenting them to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific team needs, refine job descriptions, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and daily direction to a more junior recruiter or talent acquisition assistant, ensuring their work aligns with team goals.
  • Ensure adherence to the established recruitment process. Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company's employer brand, communicating the company culture and value proposition clearly to prospective candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data within the ATS (Ashby.) Ensure all recruiting practices comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing candidates for various roles (technical, sales, product, support, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting software/tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, or supervise more junior team members, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to effectively partner with both candidates and internal teams.
