About the role
- Senior Product Manager leading strategy and delivery of healthcare solutions at Eon. Managing collaboration across teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency through product innovations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and delivery of key capabilities within Eon’s Intelligent Care Platform
- Drive the roadmap and vision for your product domain in alignment with Eon’s mission and business goals
- Partner with leadership to establish and track key outcomes for improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with customers and clinical stakeholders to uncover opportunities and validate needs
- Continuously assess industry trends and competitive offerings to ensure Eon’s products remain cutting-edge
- Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and implementation teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality product releases that drive measurable results
- Develop clear product requirements and ensure alignment between business objectives
- Partner with clinicians and SMEs to translate complex healthcare processes into user-friendly product experiences
Requirements
- 5-7 years of product management experience
- At least 2+ years in healthcare technology, clinical software, or health data platforms
- Proven success managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to release and iteration
- Proven ability to analyze complex healthcare workflows and translate them into product requirements
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, EMR/EHR workflows, or interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, etc.)
- Experience working with analytics tools (Pendo, Mixpanel, or similar) and agile tools (JIRA, confluence or similar)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline)
- An advanced degree is a plus.
