Principal Account Manager driving growth in specialty solid state and precursor materials at Entegris. Establishing and maintaining strategic customer relationships in the Pacific Northwest and Greater Phoenix areas.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Entegris contact for customers in the assigned territory/market
Maintain strong, productive relationships with tier one strategic customer to ensure business goals are met
Develop, maintain, and grow productive, long-term relationships with customers to enable Entegris to meet revenue, profitability, and market-share objectives in target markets
Manage ongoing engagement between various internal business functions and client organizations
Use technical and business acumen to understand customer requirements and communicate them back to the internal business to ensure products meet those needs
Develop and execute account and opportunity plans for key customers and prospects
Ensure timely execution of actions throughout the sales cycle, interfacing with numerous functions internally to ensure adequate and timely completion of deliverables
Define success in the role by growing product line revenues, profitability and market share.
Additional objectives will be measured by generating revenue growth with new products in the strategic account.
Meet the business growth target of 15% year-on-year growth
Collaborate and influence overseas revenue growth for the strategic account in high volume manufacturing virtual fabs
Requirements
10+ years of experience in the specialty chemical, materials or semiconductor capital equipment industry, including significant experience in a sales or customer facing role
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) is required; an advanced degree (M.S., Ph.D.) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or equivalent is highly preferred, and MBA or business degree is considered a bonus
Strong sales skills and orientation, with a demonstrated capability to build lasting customer relationships from initial call to long-term partner
Familiarity with developing cost of ownership models and value-based selling is ideal, as is the ability and knowledge of solution-based selling across divisions served by Entegris
Experience and knowledge in key markets for Entegris
