  • District Manager overseeing sales strategies and performance in all channels at Engineered Floors. Collaborating with Territory Managers to achieve budgets and company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve established sales budgets
  • Develop sales strategies for new product introduction into local markets
  • Build relationships with key customers
  • Manage pricing strategy
  • Build and develop effective Territory Managers
  • Establish sales budgets in each channel for Territory Managers
  • Evaluate Territory Manager performance and provide daily guidance
  • Communicate Company goals and agendas

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 3+ years in sales management experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in flooring sales experience is preferred
  • College Degree preferred
  • Proficiency with applicable technology
  • Regular travel with Territory Managers
