About the role

  • Supervisor de Vendas leading a team to achieve sales targets for OPL LOGISTICA LTDA. Focused on developing strategies and maintaining customer relationships in Bahia.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales team, building a capable team to manage the customer portfolio in your area and ensure sales targets and objectives are met
  • Translate company targets into clear objectives for the team, ensuring commercial results are achieved
  • Plan and monitor commercial strategies, analyzing KPIs, portfolio performance and market opportunities
  • Accompany sales representatives on routes, coaching on sales execution and ensuring adherence to commercial guidelines
  • Manage the region's customer portfolio, ensuring appropriate coverage, customer development and prospecting for new opportunities
  • Monitor sales metrics, delinquency, returns and team performance, proposing action plans when necessary
  • Ensure the quality of sales and correct execution of commercial and operational routines
  • Handle conflict resolution, incidents and customer requests, seeking efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the team complies with company rules, policies and processes
  • Participate in strategic meetings, monitor results and support the development of action plans for continuous improvement
