Responsibilities
Act strategically within Corporate Facilities, responsible for in-depth analyses, management of outsourced contracts, and direct support for the development and evolution of the area's processes.
Lead development, improvement and standardization projects for processes and asset management;
Perform critical data analysis to identify root causes, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities;
Develop strategic recommendations with action plans, prioritization and impact assessment;
Manage deliverables, timelines and interfaces with internal teams and suppliers;
Monitor and analyze Facilities service contracts: scope, KPIs, SLAs and adjustments;
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, monthly measurements and audits;
Ensure delivery compliance and report deviations with a technical and analytical perspective;
Support the development of process standardization, management models and operational routines;
Conduct periodic operational efficiency analyses focusing on cost reduction and improving user experience;
Act with a strategic outlook, proposing structural improvements and innovations to the management model;
Contribute to the maturation of Facilities governance across units.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Facilities Management or related fields;
Postgraduate degree in Facilities/Project Management/Lean (differential);
Advanced Office suite skills; Power BI desirable.
