About the role

  • M&A Consultant identifying and analyzing M&A transactions aligned with company growth strategy. Collaborating with teams for successful execution in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior leadership in developing M&A strategy.
  • Monitor the market and identify potential targets for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Perform financial analyses, including financial modeling and company valuation (financial projections and valuation), participate in negotiations with stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure successful transaction execution.
  • Conduct and/or support financial, legal, environmental, commercial/strategic, and operational due diligence to assess the risks and opportunities of proposed transactions.
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations for strategic forums and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Postgraduate degree, MBA, or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Experience in M&A, financial analysis (valuation, P&L, cash flow), investment banking, private equity, or financial consulting (boutique).
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent English and strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information and engage in discussions clearly and concisely. Spanish is a plus.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset.
  • Proactivity, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
