About the role

  • Sales Consultant in the dental field focusing on direct sales and client relationship management. Working with FGM Dental Group to enhance customer development across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement actions with clients to support their development;
  • Perform direct sales to dental professionals;
  • Monitor client development;
  • Prepare reports on sales, promotions, product demonstrations, pricing research, and activities;
  • Possess commercial and technical knowledge of product differentiators and be able to communicate them clearly;
  • Organize events with internal teams to foster client development;
  • Strengthen relationships with clients and key opinion leaders, creating an information database;
  • Carry out customer service and prospecting activities across the assigned geographic area;
  • Achieve the targets and KPIs established by the company;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Reside within the region of operation;
  • Experience in field sales required (preferably in dental commercial sales or technical sales);
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B);
  • Availability to work flexible hours and to travel;
