About the role

Responsibilities

- Entwickle und implementiere standardisierte Prozesse, Methoden und Tools, baue ein leistungsfähiges PMO auf und entwickle Metriken zum Fortschrittstracking.
- Lieferanten- & Stakeholder-Management: Koordiniere Einkauf, Qualität, Entwicklung, Produktion und externe Partner, erstelle Reports für das Management und moderiere Eskalationen.
Requirements
- Studienabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen.
- mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie ein technisches Grundverständnis.
- Kenntnisse in Scrum, Kanban, Jira oder Azure DevOps sind ein Plus.
- Starke Kommunikation & Moderation, Durchsetzungsvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Reisebereitschaft für nationale Projekteinsätze bei unseren Kunden.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse.
