About the role

  • Consultor de Negócios role focusing on sales to dental professionals at FGM, a leader in dental solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan actions with clients to contribute to their development.
  • Sell directly to dental professionals.
  • Monitor client progress and development.
  • Prepare sales reports, promotion and demonstration reports, price research and activity summaries.
  • Understand product differentiators from both commercial and technical perspectives and communicate them effectively.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to organize events for client development.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients and key opinion leaders, creating an information database.
  • Carry out customer service and prospecting throughout the assigned geographic area.
  • Achieve the targets and KPIs established by the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related fields.
  • Reside in the designated region of operation.
  • Experience in outside sales required (experience in dental commercial or technical sales preferred).
  • Hold a valid Category B driver's license (CNH).
  • Availability for flexible hours and willingness to travel.
