Responsibilities
Support the Security Operations Center by analyzing and evaluating security-related events in Google Chronicle (SIEM) and assisting with incident identification and assessment
Assist in handling IT security incidents, including first-level analysis, coordination, documentation, and tracking in the IT Service Management system
Contribute to the development and optimization of detection rules and automated playbooks
Help improve internal IT security processes, response workflows, and overall incident management practices
Support the maintenance and monitoring of our endpoint protection system and work closely with colleagues to reduce IT security risks
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in IT, Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field
Some practical experience in cybersecurity/IT security
Basic understanding of networks, cloud environments, and information security concepts
Initial experience with security tools (e.g. SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanning) is a plus
Comfortable working in an agile environment and motivated to learn new technologies and techniques
Proficient communication skills in English
